At Firmatek, we do a lot of inventory measurements for our clients. Often times, we know plant managers aren't thrilled about getting their inventory measurements because of problems they've experienced with past vendors. However, we serve as a trusted advisor for our clients and make the inventory process as easy as possible from start to finish. With our share of success, we see our share of issues. In this study, we discuss the top issues we see with inventory measurement and how we work to mitigate these issues.
